Miami-Dade Parks’ free Stars at the Park Noches Tropicales concert series kicks off its 2015-2016 season with a Gala opening Latin Jazz concert with The Miami Big Sound Orchestra, with Music Director Pete Francis. Admission is free. Limit six tickets per person. Reserve your tickets by calling 305-480-1717 or 305-271-0812.
